By plane

Maastricht has its own airport: Maastricht-Aachen Airport. In addition, there are several (inter)national airports within an hour’s drive from the centre of Maastricht. This ensures that Maastricht & region is easily accessible from all over the world.

By train

Maastricht has three railway stations: North, Central and Randwyck, next to the convention centre MECC Maastricht. There is a direct train from Amsterdam Central to Maastricht every thirty minutes. This fast and comfortable mode of transportation brings you in less than two and half hours to this attractive MICE destination.

Maastricht North opened in November 2013 and it offers excellent Park & Ride possibilities: there are 360 parking spots available. You can reach Maastricht Central from North in just six minutes. Maastricht Central is just a few minutes away from the city centre by foot. Lots of hotels are within walking distance from Maastricht Central as well. Railway station Randwyck is located within 250 m. of the convention centre MECC Maastricht. The Academic Hospital Maastricht (azM), the Maastricht University, the Maastricht School of Management, the NH Hotel and the Apart Hotel Randwyck are also within walking distance of this railway station.

Maastricht is also easily accessible by international train by Thalys and/or Eurostar from Brussels, Paris or London via Liège station. You can also reach Maastricht by train from Germany through stations like Venlo and Heerlen, or by Euregional bus.
